Heather A. Lee, LCSW is a licensed Psychotherapist, educator, speaker, and consultant with over 25 years of experience in Mind/Body Medicine and Integrative Mental Health. She is a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapist and has received training in Mind/Body Medicine from the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute. With a background as the past Director of Women's Wellness Education at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Heather has extensive experience in the medical field, spa industry, transformational travel sector, and private practice.
Heather has collaborated with renowned spas and resorts such as The Golden Door, Four Seasons Hualalai, and One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, where she has developed exclusive wellness programs. She is a regular speaker at conferences such as the International Spa Association and the Monaco Spa Event. Heather specializes in creating immersive wellness retreats and transformational travel experiences, and she has led psilocybin retreats in Jamaica, Portugal, and Mexico.
