I would highly recommend for anyone interested in exploring this kind of plant medicine. I have been interested for years, but wasn’t sure where and with whom. The trip was magnificent! From the moment my daughter and I arrived, we were welcomed with sweet surprises and beauty. The Airbnb mansion was incredible, each room filled with unique character and oh-so-comfy. We had so many different spaces to gather for eating and chatting. Each meal was prepared with care, taking into account the eating preferences of each guest. The meals were delicious, healthy, and beautiful! We even had a private chef one night! The psilocybin experience was done with such attention to safety and healing. Monica and Heather prepared us before, during, and after, so that we could experience the magic of the mushroom. This is truly an experience that should be on every woman's bucket list. Just do it!

This retreat was one of the most powerful events in my life. I was able to have an experience I was always curious about and felt completely safe and supported the whole time. Monica, Heather and their interns are all such kind, loving and awesome people. I made connections with some wonderful women, enjoyed the beautiful resort and its amenities, and had plenty of downtime to explore the local area. I had the incredible opportunity, and honor, of sharing one of the best experiences of my life with my mother and my two daughters at an intergenerational women's retreat with Heather and Monica.
